Towel service questions
How is the price set?
Per towel. Your rate depends on the towel types and how many you use, and we send it after a short call. A slow week costs less, a busy week costs exactly what you expect.
How does it compare with washing towels ourselves?
An in-house laundry needs washers, dryers and water heaters, repairs, water, sewer and gas, detergent, staff hours and replacement towels. With us all of that becomes one price per towel, so you can set it beside what you spend today.
Whose towels are they?
Ours. We supply the hand towels, bath towels and washcloths, so there is nothing to buy.
How often do you pick up?
Twice a week, on set days. We take the used towels at your door and leave clean ones, folded and ready for the shelf.
How are the towels delivered and picked up?
It depends on the size of your business. A large gym or a hotel gets its towels in rolling carts that hold 500 to 1,000 towels, and a small business like a barbershop gets them in bags of 20 to 30 pounds. The used towels go back the same way.
How many towels will we have?
Enough to cover your busiest days between pickups. We size your supply to how many towels your members and guests use, and adjust it as you grow.
How do I know what you picked up?
Every towel is counted at pickup and at delivery, so you always see what went out and what came back.
Can you wash towels with massage oil?
Yes. Spa towels are washed with degreasers and hot water, so oils and lotions come out before the towels come back to you.
