Every load is washed at the temperatures and with the chemistry the CDC recommends for hospital laundry. Our hypoallergenic products lift and remove soil without damaging the fibers. Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are steam pressed, so they come out crisp like a hotel's. Towels come out soft. Damaged pieces are pulled out and replaced, and every order is packed protected from dust and moisture.

How clean is the linen?
Every load follows the CDC guidelines for hospital laundry on water temperature and chemistry, with hypoallergenic products that are gentle on the fibers. Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are then steam pressed and folded. It arrives hygienically clean, crisp and folded.
How is the price set?
One flat rate per turnover for each property, set by its size, from how many beds and of what size to the baths, the kitchen and a pool. It holds for the length of your contract. With our linens, the linens are part of that rate. Tell us about your properties and we send you the number before you start. See how pricing works.
Are duvet covers and inserts included?
Yes. Duvet covers are changed every turnover, like the sheets. Inserts stay on the bed between stays, so your housekeeper sends them in whenever they need a wash, and they come back clean.
What does "ready or free" mean?
If your clean linens are not at your collection point at the agreed time, or a property is short of its par, that turnover is free. We credit it on that property's invoice.
Where do we drop off and pick up linen?
At one of our collection points or at our plant. We have collection points in neighborhoods around the lake, so you use the one that suits your properties. You get an access code, and your crew can drop off used linen and pick up clean sets 24/7.
What if a piece is damaged?
Damage from regular use is on us. Your crew reports it with a photo from the scanner we give them, and the replacement comes on the next delivery.
Can you work with our booking calendar or PMS?
Yes. We connect to your PMS, booking calendar or a Google Sheet, and each new booking creates its order on its own, so the right sets are ready before your crew arrives.
How soon can we start?
The same day. Send us your properties' details and sign the contract, and we can start right away.
