What you send us

When you ask for your rates, the form collects your name, email and phone, how many properties you have in total and, if you add them, your company or property group and each property's name or area and listing link. For each property it also collects how many guests it sleeps, the beds by size, bathrooms, kitchens, pool and whether it allows pets. With your request we also receive how you reached us, for example the Google ad you clicked or the website that sent you, and the first page you saw.

We use them to call you, prepare your rates and, if you become a customer, set up your service. How you reached us tells us which ads and pages bring requests. They go into our own customer system. We do not sell them.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser and connection, such as your IP address, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We discard the check once it passes and do not store it with your request.

What our servers record

Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data for each visit, such as your IP address, the page, the time and your browser. We use it to keep the site running and to stop abuse.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our public pages do not set cookies of their own. These are the ones you may see.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages lead to a request. It sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*.

Ad measurement

When you arrive from one of our ads, Google may set cookies such as _gcl_*so we can tell that the ad led to a request. If we run ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta's pixel may do the same with cookies such as _fbp.

Security

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and abuse.

Signed-in areas

Customer and team portals use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Those areas are not public.

Session storage

During your visit, your browser keeps a short note of how you reached us so it can travel with your request. After you send the form, it keeps another so your request is counted once. Both go away when you close the tab.

Who helps us run the site

Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection), Google (analytics and ad measurement) and, if we run ads there, Meta. They process data under their own privacy policies. We share your information with no one else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your request stays in our customer system while we talk with you and, if you become a customer, for your contract and our business records. Ask us and we delete what the law does not require us to keep.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. To see or limit ad personalization, use My Ad Center. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no common standard for them.

This site is for businesses and property owners. It is not directed to children under 13.
