Why no price list?
Because the linen follows the property. A two-bed condo and a six-bed lake house need very different sets, so your rate comes from your property's size, not from a generic table.
What does the rate include?
With our linens, it includes the linens themselves, duvet covers and inserts, the washing and pressing, and a linen report for every booking. With your own linen, it includes the washing, pressing, tracking and the report.
How long is the contract?
One year minimum, renewable, or a three-year term.
Will my rate change during my contract?
No. Each property's rate per turnover is set when you start and holds for your whole contract.
Can anything else show up on my invoice?
Only what your contract says, shown on its own line and never mixed into your rate. Damage from regular use is on us.
Do I pay when a property sits empty?
No. The rate is per turnover, so a week with no guests costs nothing.
What does "ready or free" mean?
If your clean linens are not at your collection point at the agreed time, or a property is short of its par, that turnover is free. We credit it on that property's invoice.
Is the first turnover really free?
Yes. One turnover, for one booking, so you can judge the finish, the timing and the report before you commit.
